Standards

Editorial policy

This page describes how 360ecom creates and maintains content. It is a working policy, not a marketing claim.

Research methodology

We start from a question a store operator would actually ask. We define terms, show formulas, and describe platform behaviour in durable language. We do not scrape competitor articles or publish thin pages for keywords alone.

Fact checking

Formulas are checked against standard definitions (margin vs markup, ROAS vs ROI). Platform constraints are described conservatively. Where a number depends on a live fee table or a tax rate, the page says to verify the current source instead of pretending we host an official schedule.

Content updates

Guides and articles carry updatedAt dates. We update when a definition, formula or platform constraint is wrong or incomplete, not on a calendar for its own sake.

Corrections

Send a correction to [email protected] with the URL and what is wrong. We correct the page when the report is valid. We do not silently rewrite history for vanity metrics.

Editorial independence

Tool explainers and comparison articles are written to help the reader decide, not to rank a partner. If a future affiliate or sponsorship relationship exists, it will be disclosed on the relevant page.

AI usage

Drafting assistance may be used. Published pages are reviewed for accuracy, internal links and tone. Calculators are implemented as real software, not screenshots. We do not publish unchecked generated product copy as if it were researched guidance.

Affiliate disclosure

If 360ecom later includes affiliate links to commerce software, those links will be labelled. There are no affiliate links required to use the current tools and guides.
